I always try and look after my skin and at 43 I'm not getting any younger!! I feel it's important to follow a grooming programme. It doesn't take long a few extra minutes in the morning and evening before going to bed. Personally I use Kiehl's grooming aids which are amazing especially Facial Fuel Energizing Scrub. Used 2-3 times a week it leaves my skin clear and healthy looking, followed by a light weight facial cream.
