TV - Dancing On Ice? Aren't we all mate? I'm freezing me chestnuts off! Longest period of sub-zero temperatures in Britain since....what? Oh yes, the TV show, sorry.

The sexy skaters line up once more to bring us the must watch dance show of the season (next to So you think you can dance, and Got to Dance, and Dancing On Hot Coals - I made that one up, but wouldn't you like to see it?)

This year's gay contingency is actor Jeremy Sheffield, best known from Holby City, or if like me you don't watch it, then he's that guy off the Torn video - sorry Jeremy, you're still hot though!

Also skating is Boyzone's Mikey Graham. The late Stephen Gately was a previous competitor (let's not remember that he was a bit rubbish). Graham has said that he wished he hadn't kept his involvement a secret from Gately:

"I'd met Stephen and all the band for a record company meeting on the Tuesday before Stephen passed away. At the meeting Louis suggested I have a go on something like I'm A Celebrity... or Dancing On Ice and then Stephen piped up and said: 'Oh no that's already been cast' and I was sat there sitting beside him going: 'Oh my God, I can't believe I'm not allowed to say anything."

"Not that I didn't trust them, it's just that I'd been told not to tell anyone and I'm very loyal in that way. So that was it, I never got to tell him I was doing the show and he would have loved that. He would've really, really enjoyed it and would've been so supportive and that's a regret I will have throughout the show."

Graham, who is partnered on the ice by Melanie Lambert, added: "I certainly feel that [Stephen is] here all the time and I hope he'll look out for me while I'm in the competition and maybe give me a bit of a good luck whenever I need it."

The rest of the man candy includes Gary Lucy, Danny Young, Kieron Richardson, Dr Hilary Jones (still got it) and um Bobby Davro.

The launch show is Friday 8th January, with the main show on Sunday 10th, ITV.
