Event
- Marking their return to the concert stage, Fischerspooner celebrate the release of their third studio album 'Entertainment', out 4th May, with the U.K. premiere of their new show at London's Neon Noise Project (NNP) on Friday 1st May.

Fischerspooner's live shows commingle elements from the worlds of art, fashion, theatre and music. Front man Casey Spooner leads the pack of performers on stage with him through an orchestrated dialogue between avant-garde technique, classical tradition, and pop frivolity. Costumes, choreography and stagecraft collide to create a surprising new musical performance that is both flamboyant and tough.

"This is not like any show we have done before. The songs of the current album and other songs from our catalogue are set against a visual and sonic collage made from disparate literary and historical sources and theatrical traditions," says Casey Spooner, "It sounds strange and ridiculous but it all adds up. It becomes a very American story about ambition, experimentation, danger and the frontier. We wanted to create a show where it was impossible to decipher history or specific references. We are in a different place a decade later and this show reflects that."

Supporting Fischerspooner in London, is a very rare set from Ed Banger Records legend Sebastian, electro-rock duo Autokratz (LIVE) who release their highly anticipated debut album 'Animal', man of the moment and another exclusive LIVE performance – Yuksek and rounding off the main room is the superb Al Doyle from Hot Chip, plus in support, cool residents JBag - Jerry Bouthier & Andrea Gorgerino (Kitsune & Ponystep).

NNP is set in The Coronet, a 1920's theatre in Elephant & Castle, South East London. Neon Noise Project has always sought to blur the distinctions between art, music and performance so this is bound to be an unforgettable event.
